Mailing House
We have recently supplied a feeder to a major UK mailing house to feed mobile phone products onto a carrier. The feeder is controlled from their main control panel via our ethernet connection which also provides production information for each job.
Flat Wallets
We have installed a low-cost feeder that feeds flat wallets onto a production machine for packing adhesive products. The customer wanted a double feed detect as the wallet has windows which can cause double feeding; we used a distance laser sensor to create a go/no go…..it’s not been needed yet!
